Salt Water Chlorinators
Humans have evolved from the sea and salt water makes up nearly 70% of our bodies, so it is little wonder we find salt water the most natural medium to swim in. It is one reason why salt water chlorinators are now the accepted standard for pool sanitising.
But it is not the only reason
With a Hurlcon VX Salt chlorinator you also get a new benchmark in control and convience
To be accurate, salt does not sanitise the pool, chlorine does. Salt in roughly the same concentration as a tear drop is used to generate chlorine as it passes through the cell between two electrolytic plates. The salt reacts with the electrical current and produces chlorine which then kills all the bacterial contaminants within the pool. The result is pure, crystal clear water and happy, healthy swimmers.
We also offer MineralMax, an advanced blend of Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium salts that can be added to any swimming pool with an existing salt water chlorinator.
