Complete concrete-light components

The manufacturer's TIC installation guide lists the following components. Confirm your ordered configuration and cable length with Aqua Clear:

Light assembly and locking rim
One concrete niche: top-entry or rear-entry
Mounting ring with protective cap
Cable gland set
Cable / plug assembly and plug cover
Niche nut tool and light installation tool

Plan the power supply and position. The TIC manual specifies a 12V AC iron-core transformer, submerged horizontal installation and a maximum depth of 400mm to the top of the light. DC, electronic and switch-mode supplies are unsuitable. Have your installer follow the current installation guide.

Colour and control, configured for your pool

MULTIPLUS supports a wall switch, Spa Electrics iRIS and selected pool-automation systems. Choose the correct operating mode for your controller; dimming requires compatible iRIS control. Available colours and shows depend on that setup.

For a quote, confirm the niche entry, cable requirements, rim preference and controller with our team. Existing Pentair replacement projects use the separate Titan Retro TIRX range.

Is this the complete light or the retrofit version?

This page covers TITAN for a concrete-pool installation. For a supported existing Pentair niche, ask about the separate Titan Retro TIRX.

Which niche should I choose?

Top-entry and rear-entry options accommodate different conduit routes. Your pool builder should select the version suited to the construction.

Can I use it with my pool controller?

Selected systems from Pentair, AstralPool, Zodiac/Jandy, Hayward, Dontek, INSNRG, SplashMe and Theralux are supported. Check the exact controller, firmware and operating mode using the setup guides.

How are colours changed?

Use the wall-switch sequence or a compatible controller. The MULTIPLUS guide explains mode selection, synchronisation and colour operation.

Does it require a separate transformer?

The installation requires a suitable 12V AC iron-core transformer. Confirm supply arrangements with Aqua Clear; do not assume a transformer is included with the light.

What care and warranty apply?

Keep water balanced and use warm water with a soft cloth or brush for cleaning, as directed in the owner’s manual. Spa Electrics lists a 12-month manufacturer warranty; terms apply. Contact Aqua Clear for New Zealand support.
