The HIDE Combination (Hybrid) Skimmer Lid pairs the proven strength of a 316 stainless steel inlay lid with a colour-matched, non-conductive polymer edge protector. The polymer frame fully insulates the stainless lid, so no earthing (bonding) is required — while the polymer colour blends into your surrounding grout and tile tones for a cohesive, seamless landscape finish.

Once installed, only the very top edge (around 2mm) of the kit is visible — which is exactly why the Ash, Bone or Charcoal polymer frame integrates so effortlessly into your pool surround. Fill the lid with matching tile, stone, pavers or concrete and it simply disappears.

Available in our most popular sizes — 342mm and 306mm skimmer lids plus a matching 206mm access cover — with 20mm and 30mm inlay depths (and a 40mm concrete infill option in Ash). Install in new applications or when refinishing; every HIDE kit contains all the components for quick, affordable, no-fuss installation on-site by a contractor.

Choosing the Right Size, Depth & Colour

Two quick measurements are all it takes: the clear underside opening of your skimmer box, and the thickness of your inlay material. Combination kits are available in 20mm and 30mm depths to suit common tile and paver thicknesses, plus a 40mm concrete infill option (Ash). Choose the polymer colour closest to your grout or tile undertone — warm beige/cream finishes suit Bone, cool grey tones suit Ash, and dark charcoal or graphite pavers suit Charcoal. Not sure?
